FUTURE GUILTY PLEASURE (Levisonn x Cantoblanco) and Izzy Taylor took 3rd place at Aston le Walls Eventing in only his second start at Intermediate level.

He posted the second best dressage mark in his section of 25 (75%) which included a 9 for his medium walk and 8’s across the board for his medium canters.

He also recorded the third fastest cross country time around a track which posed plenty of questions he hadn’t seen before – so Izzy wasn’t riding for the time.

Another positive step forward for ‘Leo’ in his Eventing education which he seems to have taken in his stride.

Thanks go to Nigel and the team at Aston le Walls for a beautifully built cross country that asked well considered questions throughout the course, and for providing excellent all weather dressage and SJ arenas which were a godsend in the inclement weather we are having at the moment.
All being well Leo’s next outing is to the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe in a couple of weeks
time to contest the Novice Championships.
