This breeding combines two Olympic performance bloodlines. 

Her dam Cornish Gem is by the sire of Olympic and CCI5* horses, Rock King, and is out of the Olympic shortlisted and multiple CCI5* mare Cornish Faer, by Ben Faerie and is FULL sister to the dam of Badminton AND Burghley CCI5* WINNER Lordships Graffalo.

Her sire Desir du Chateau is 68% thoroughbred & anglo-arab and is by Quidam de Revel, who was No.1 sire of showjumpers in the world, out of a motherline that has produced over 30 International showjumpers in the first 4 generations. He sired the 2011 Young Horse Showjumping World Champion, Dax van’t d’Abdihoeve and numerous 1.60m jumpers as well as CCI5* eventers.

Future Coeur de Reine’s dam line is one of the most prolific International lines in the world producing multiple Olympic eventers. The current stars being Tokyo Olympic Team Gold medallist, Double European Team and Individual Gold medallist, 2023 Badminton CCI5* WINNER and 2024 Burghley CCI5* WINNER Lordships Graffalo, and his maternal sister Pencos Crown Jewel who was 9th at Badminton CCI5* in 2023. Both share the CCI5* eventer Cornish Faer as their maternal grand-dam with Future Coeur de Reine. Lordships Graffalo and Pencos Crown Jewel are out of the mare Cornish Queen who is full sister to Future Coeur de Reine’s dam Cornish Gem.

Future Coeur de Reine’s maternal brother Cornish Cabochon is also an International eventer who WON Bicton CCI2* in 2020.

In addition to her exceptional damline, her sire Desir du Chateau has produced CCI5* eventers including Oregon de la Vigne as well as multiple 1.60m jumpers.  He is by the legendary Quidam de Revel who was a prolific sire of 1.60m jumpers and exerts significant influence in event horse breeding through decendants such as Alex Bragg’s Burghley CCI5* mare Quindiva.
