Welcome! At Future Sport Horses we are passionate about the sport of Eventing and want to open up the opportunity of owning an Event horse, not just to the lucky few, but to everyone. We believe Eventing is the most exciting, challenging and rewarding of all equestrian disciplines, requiring elegance, scope and braveness from our equine athletes to successfuly complete the 3 phases of dressage, showjumping and cross country. Events are held at some of the most beautiful and historic venues in the Country enabling participants to not only enjoy the our sport but also our Country's cultural heritage. Using racehorse syndication as a model, Future Sport Horses syndicates potential top-level equine candidates into 100 shares, resulting in affordable share price and monthly training fees. Young horses are reviewed annually, and a select number are made available for syndication. Each horse has its own terms and conditions, but all horses are covered by the umbrella syndicate “Future Sport Horses Syndicate”. The share price for each horse available for syndication will vary depending on their level of training and potential. Future Sport Horses is a specialist Event Horse breeding stud which, over the last few years, has managed to obtain some of the best eventing bloodlines in the world. The broodmare herd comprises of dams, siblings and offspring of international event horses, and the very best stallions have been selected to be used with them. The result of this highly focussed programme is both concentrated and comprehensive. From the last four years of British Equestrian Federation Futurity Evaluations - designed to identify elite sport horse prospects of the future - Future Sport Horses has bred the top event horse foal an amazing three times. In addition to this, their young stallion Future Illusion was the No.1 ranked Sire of Eventing youngstock from over 24 European event horse stallions in 2009. The Horses The first horse made available for syndication is Future Genie, who is the eldest sibling to Olympic Individual Silver medallist and three-time winner of the Kentucky Rolex CCI****, ‘Winsome Adante’. Winsome Adante is one of the most successful event horses ever bred in the United Kingdom. Sold to America as a young horse and has done the majority of his winning wearing the Stars and Stripes rather than the Union Jack. Future Genie is already demonstrating exceptional ability, having qualified for the British Eventing Young Horse Championships as a 5 year-old, a competition for which only the best young horses qualify and which she led after the dressage phase before finally finishing 11th. She won her first Novice level event and has already qualified for the British Eventing Young Horse Championships for 6 year olds. She has also qualified for two Novice Regional Finals which culminate with a National Championship at Princess Anne’s estate located in the Cotswolds. She has also successfully completed her first CIC* (an International competition), which makes her eligible for potential selection to represent Great Britain at the Young Event Horse World Championships later this season at Le Lion d’Angers in France. Getting involved is really affordable and easy - Shares in Future Genie are currently being offered at a one-off fee of only £750 in 2011. Jeanette Brakewell is one of Britain’s most well respected riders, and is probably best known for her enduring relationship with her horse ‘Over to You’, who remains the most medalled horse in British Eventing history. Jeanette has won Olympic, World and European medals and has trained young horses through to the top levels. Her credentials are impeccable. Not only is she a top class rider, she is also an accredited British Eventing Trainer.
