Future Primitive Glory

Future Primitive Glory is a tall bay filly and was born at 6.10am on the 4th May. She has 4 perfectly matching white socks and a beautiful white star. She is so glamourous we have given her the stable name 'Star'.

This breeding combines the speed and stamina of a throughbred mare who is a half-sister to Pippa Funnell's CCI**** stallion Viceroy, with a proven Grade A showjumper Caretino Glory, who is by the Dual Purpose sire Cheenook.

Cheenook (1988) br 1.69cm Holsteiner Very expressive sire wuth an outstanding basic gaits potential. Schooled by Hans Peter Mohr with exceptional Piaffe-Passage movements. The first crops of foals show that he passes his basic gaits quality on to his descendants as well as improving the type. Very good Character and temperament.

Caretino (1983) dkb/br 1.68cm Caretino won his 100-day test in the Holsteiner Verband with the brilliant scores of 9.0 and 9.5 in jumping and 9.0 in general performance. He is one of Germany's top stallions, producing horses that excel in both the dressage and jumper rings. In the 2001 WBFSH rankings of top jumping sires, he is ranked #5 and is the youngest in the top ten. Recently Caretino was one of four to be accredited as an approved KWPN stallion without having been presented at the Stallion Show nor evaluated on the constitutional requirements of the KWPN. In 1988 this captivating black stallion was honoured as the most successful 3 yr-old German horse. The famous Gotthard in his pedigree accounts for the jumping ability of Glorieux's offspring.
